Samantha Means, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Samantha Means grew up in Plano and knew she wanted to be a veterinarian from before she could even say the word. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Animal Science from Texas Tech University in 2015 and in 2019 she graduated with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M. She met her husband, a police officer, during her time in College Station, and together they decided to plant their roots in Fort Worth. They got married in 2020 and together they enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, exploring Texas BBQ joints, and taking care of their small, spoiled zoo at home. They have 2 lovable labradors, Leddy, a chaotic 2-year-old yellow lab, and Ruger, a sweet, senior chocolate lab. Their newest addition to the family is an orange tabby cat named Chimy, who they adopted from ADNT.
Dr. Means is passionate about preventative care, senior pets, pain management, and dermatology. She can’t wait to get to meet you and your pet at ADNT!

Kayla
Veterinary Technician
My name is Kayla. I’ve worked with dogs for about 15 years. Dogs are my passion, and I love working with them. I have four dogs – a Golden Retriever named Archie, the silliest of boys, and a Border Collie named Emerald. Emerald keeps me on my toes, but I couldn’t imagine life without her. I also have a “foster fail” Chihuahua – Copper – who is my shadow.
And last but not least, another Chihuahua named Beast who thinks he is BIG. The family also has three cats: Big Tuna, Bagheera, and Mr. Hollingsworth. In addition to that, I have one Human child.
